SMS and email reminders for Canadian clinics and salons: the client will get a reminder and reply to confirm or cancel, and the front desk will see the answer.
Tell us you want itReminders will go only to clients who agreed to receive them.
The plan, from the reminder to the front desk.
It will send each client a short SMS or email before the appointment, at the times your clinic or salon chooses.
Clients will answer the reminder itself, with no account and no app to install.
Each reply will appear beside its booking, so the front desk knows who is coming and which spaces opened up.
The time, the place and how to change it. Planned: the desk reads the full message, as the client will see it, before anything is sent.
Businesses that run on booked time.
Physiotherapy, dental, chiropractic, massage and other clinics, where a missed visit leaves a gap in the day.
Hair, nails and skin bookings, where a reply that says "cancel" frees a chair for someone else.
Therapists and others who work alone and answer their own phone between clients.
Tell us what you need. Your message reaches the team, and Digital Real Estate replies by email.
Useful to tell us: the kind of clinic or salon, how you book appointments, and whether your clients prefer SMS or email.
Not yet. It is in preparation and has no opening date.
The time, the place and how to change the appointment. Never a diagnosis, a treatment or the reason for the visit, and never a promotion: a reminder stays a reminder. It will go only to clients who agreed to receive reminders.
No. Your clinic stays responsible for its clients' information under the privacy law that applies to it. In Ontario, for example, a health information custodian keeps its duties under PHIPA when it uses an outside provider (Ontario's privacy commissioner explains). Appointment Reminder is being built to help you meet those duties: the minimum in each message, each client's consent on record, and plain answers about what it keeps.
It arrives as one message to the team. We use it to reply to you, add it to no list and share it with no one.
